Services, Opportunities and Events:

We offer multiple ongoing projects that work with some of the world’s best tropical scientists to create scientifically impeccable multi-media to educate global audiences about the importance of the Amazon, the implications of its destruction, and to promote realistic solutions for protecting it. One of those projects is the Cleaner Gold Network whose primary goal is to protect the Amazon rainforest by creating cleaner gold and a more responsible supply chain from the ground to the consumer. The Cleaner Gold Network’s initiatives include awareness, consumer change and industry engagement. Amazon Aid Foundation’s documentary, River of Gold, sounds the alarm about a dire threat to the Amazon rainforest threatening to push it to a tipping point: illicit gold mining. River of Gold is an important film that has been seen all over world from the UN in Geneva, to the Vatican, to classrooms worldwide educating global audiences about the devastating consequences of illicit and unregulated gold mining in the Amazon. Amazon Aid's Artists for the Amazon program provides opportunities to take action and inspire change through creative expression – be it visual mediums, written word, film or music.

Commitments & Key Aims:
